    Hi,

After finding that it′s possible to concentrate all my clients in one jetpack account, I tried to change the jetpack for comunicatorium.com to a different account.

After 2 days trying the error persists: Error authorizing. Page is refreshing for another attempt.

Did I forgot to deactivate something that prevents the connection?
    Please help.

    Hi there,

After running some tests, it looks like there may be an outdated or incorrect security token on your site causing this problem.

To fix this issue, can you please deactivate and delete Jetpack entirely, and then reinstall it, as described here:
    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack

Please try to do all of this while in incognito mode.

Also note you shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, that info is stored in our system here.

Let us know if that helps!

Hi, Thank you for getting back,

I did try all of the above except while in incognito mode.
So I tried again and the error persists.
Knowing that chrome can sometimes be a problem, I changed to firefox dev edition and was redirected to a page with:

id Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Firefox Developer Edition detected a potential security threat and did not continue to wordpress.com because this website requires a secure connection.

With no “continue at your own risk” button.

I tried to activate the jeytpack in ms edge (never use it, so no cookies or cache), and the error was the same as chrome.

    What else can i do?

    Cheers,
    Pedro

Okay, I want to see if you can try again while deactivating all of your plugins:

    • From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection from your left-hand menu.
    • Click the “Disconnect” button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.
    • Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.”
    • Completely uninstall Jetpack.
    • Reinstall the newest version of Jetpack.
    • Deactivate all of your plugins.
    • Activate only Jetpack.
    • Back in Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection, Click the “Set up Jetpack” button and continue through the approval process.

Please let me know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
Being a client website, had to make the tests late tonight.

After reinstalled it in incognito mode, I activated it with all plugins off and the connection was successful.

Thank you for the great support.

    Cheers,
    Pedro
