I also have the similar issues.
I tested two sites..flickr and plurk both are giving me error please help.

That’s the same issue. Everything that involved function “nxs_settings_save” is related to that issue. It will be fixed in the next release. We will try to push it out ASAP.

Are you sure that is what you have there? Error 404 does not have multiple meanings. Tumblr thinks https://zealusmedia.tumblr.com/ does not exist.

Ok, I think the problem was with using https vs http in the field you were concerned with. I changed URL to HTTP and it worked, although by default the Tumblr site is defaulting to HTTPS when visiting (which is where I copied the link from to prevent typos).

Just submitted the test post from https://zealusmedia.com to https://zealusmedia.tumblr.com/ and it worked.
