    Hi @herbalstore!

    I’m seeing a “Could not validate security token” error on your Jetpack connection. This is usually resolved by completely removing and deleting the Jetpack plugin (instead of just disabling it), and then doing a full reinstall.

    If you’re still seeing the same error message after a reinstall, could you also try disabling all of your other plugins, and then trying again, just in case one of them is interfering with the connection?

    If the error still persists, can you use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Copy the debug information shown into our support form https://jetpack.me/contact-support/ Be sure to include a link to this thread for context.
