  • Hi,

did you only delete the plugin files from ftp and did not uninstall the plugin?

If yes, copy the backwpup files to ftp and uninstall the plugin using the uninstall button in your wordpress backend. Thats the correct way to uninstall plugins. Because they write things in your database and your database is not cleaned up, if you just delete files.

    Kind regards

    Hi,

where you able to solve your issue the way I advised you to do?

to install the plugin, as you normally do, was the first thing i did, and when that didn’t work, i deleted all the files from FTP… it still sends an email with the same errors. I deleted every trace of this plugin, but nothing works.

@mathiasarlund, please try what Christina suggested. Place the files back in FTP, and uninstall the plugin through WordPress. Then let us know if that worked.
