Error: billing name, billing last name, billing email is a required field

    Hi!

    I’m having issues with the website of a client since 1 week. At the check out people get the following error:

    billing name is a required field

    billing last name is a required field

    billing email is a required field

    While everything is filled in. Sometimes I can reproduce the error message and sometimes not. So every time when I think I fixed the issue, it’s not really fixed.

    I think the problem appears when people auto fill in their billing details, but I’m not sure.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and providing a detailed explanation of the issue you’re facing. I’ve tested your website to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Here’s the screencast of my results. As you can see in the screencast, even with the auto-fill feature, I was not able to replicate the issue.

    However, I understand that the problem persists on your end. This could be due to a conflict with another plugin. To rule this out, could you please perform a plugin conflict test? Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    2. Test to see if the issue still occurs.
    3. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to find out which is causing the conflict.

    Please remember to back up your site before you start the test.
