Thanks for the additional info. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

On a side note, I also noticed your WooCommerce version is ” WC Version: 3.5.2 ” and your database version is “WC Database Version: 3.4.7 ” . You’ll want to make sure to run the prompted database update. If the prompt is no longer visible you can also manually trigger the update under WooCommerce>Status>Tools.

Thank you, I’ll try. By the way, I’ve tried to update the database version and nothing happened. WooCommerce said that the update was scheduled to be done in the background, but it’s been 2 days and the database version is still 3.4.7.

I’d recommend rerunning the database update during your conflict test. If there are still issues, you’ll want to check the logs under WooCommerce>Status>Logs to see if there are any errors preventing the update from running. You’ll want to look for the wc_db_updates log.
