    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    From your explanation I understand that it used to work before but now it doesn’t. What version of WordPress and Profile Builder are you using? Did you change anything recently?

    Did you tried to deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme? Maybe there is a theme/plugin conflict.

    Ah – thanks for the advice. It turns out there was a conflict with the “Limit Login Attempts” plugin.
