Hi, When I click ‘Start processing and speed up your site now’ button I get the message: “Something went wrong while optimising the SEO data of your site. Please try again later”.
I’ve looked in the logs and there are a number of messages about Duplicate column name for query ALTER TABLE wp_yoast_seo_links for 8 different columns.
I have installed Yoast Test Helper plugin and tried ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’ but this didn’t change anything.
Please can you advise how I can resolve this.

    Hello @richardwo,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The wp_yoast_seo_links table contains links for the text link counter tool. We expect that using the Yoast Test Helper plugin to reset the indexables tables & migrations will resolve the issue. We are sorry about the inconvenience.

Can you please confirm what version of Yoast SEO and WordPress that you are running?

Luckily I had a backup of my site from first thing this morning so I restored that and it’s all ok now.

    Hi @richardwo ,

That’s a relief that the site worked again after restoring the backup. But just to confirm, are you still using 15.0 on the restored site? Or did you revert back to 14.9?

The version from my backup is on 14.8

I’m marking this resolved as I’m no longer having the problem
