Here it seems like the translation is a bit confusing. Aren’t the teams ordered by their total points? Or is the average goals scored really being taken into account?

My guess is that you want to use first the points as the ordering criteria then the goals difference and the goals scored. But here your standings do seem to be using that.

Are you talking about other criteria that we can’t see in your current table?

Sorry Roch. Yes I’m talking about another criteria that it is not seen at this table.
The FIFA says that, when two or more teams has the same points, the first criteria to solve this is attend to the game they played against each other and show first at the standings the team who won this match.
The second is the gol average this two teams
Third Goals scored

In that case you’ll need to set the points as your first ordering criteria, then you’ll need to remove all others and use the head to head tie breakers under SportsPress > Teams > Tiebreakers:

Then you’ll need to manually adjust for the other criteria. That’s because the tie breaker can only be used after all the other ordering criteria.

Hi again Roch. It seems that works, but i don’t understand because this criteria is the last in order to use when Fifa rules recommend it will be the second criteria after the number of points.
I tried to adjust the other criteria order giving them a number at the “Columns of the table. Used for league tables.”, but then the tiebreaker doesn’t work as well.

That’s a limitation of our system actually, it has nothing to do with the Fifa (or other organization’s) rules.

At the moment we can’t have some ordering criteria, then the tiebreaker, then more ordering criteria. The tiebreaker has to be the last criteria because of how it works right now.

We’ll certainly consider future improvements in this aspect, so this could change for future versions.
