error calculating title

I got a problem with calculating cyrillic title.
Moreover in main settings its ok – https://joxi.ru/LmGV63VuRdvlGr
And it calculates well the part you add to the title even the cyrillic – https://joxi.ru/l2ZvJVvF8ZBRR2 “aaaaa made latin”. But if I change the main part to cyrillic it calculates the added part right and the main wrong:https://joxi.ru/D2PjOBjfdXvBKr as you can see – 0 symbols added and it calculates 81
Then I add 8 symbols and it becomes 89 https://joxi.ru/n2Y8Nz8Ijpwk0m
So the added part is correct, the main part is wrong.
