• Hi, I’ve been using this amazing image compressing images. Great plguin. But recently I received an email from WordPress saying the website is having fatal errors with this plugin. Can I get some help please?

In Media tab, some of the images say “there has been a critical error on your website…” instead of compressed confirmation blurb under “Compression” column.

    The error details

    Hi @kayliems,

Do you remember what the last action was before this error message appeared? Did you perhaps update WordPress or the TinyPNG plugin itself?

mb_strimwidth() is a basic PHP function and part of the PHP package. It should be enabled on the server and is normally by default.

You will need to contact your ISP to enable it, or (if you have access to your cPanel) you could install it yourself.

Installing php-mbstring should fix your issue. If not, could you please send us an email to [email protected] and a developer will assist you further.

    Thanks!
