error – can i unzip files?

  • hi, I tried to upload the backup but it gets stuck at 66%
    wp version 6.7

    However in the past I have done manual uploads..
    and I would also do manual to solve it.

    But the only backup I have is of your plugin and I don’t know how to get the files and folders well arranged for manual upload.

    can i ?

    Hello @melav ,

    You can upload the backup files to your website using an FTP client or the cPanel File Manager.

    Please note that WPvivid recognizes only ZIP files with their original names. Therefore, avoid unzipping or renaming the backup files if you intend to restore them using the WPvivid plugin.
