Error: Cannot access webinar info

  • A couple of times this has happened – I create a new Zoom meeting on WordPress, I publish it and it’s fine. Then when I check back later in the list of upcoming meetings, the meeting ID disappears and is replaced with ‘Cannot access webinar info’. I had to delete the meeting in WordPress and on Zoom and recreate.

    This has happened twice to me now, but I don’t understand why.

    Can you explain me which list are you referring to ? List in backend or via shortcode ? Also, please put the steps you did in order to re-create and understand this issue. Thanks
