Error caused by this plugin?

    My wordpress site (biodetectives.co.uk) keeps on breaking, during these periods all I and others can see on the site is a blank white page. Every time this happens I get the same error showing up in the error log:

    [29-Sep-2015 02:15:17 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘myusername_wp1.databaseprefix_fca_eoi_activity’ doesn’t exist for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM databaseprefix_fca_eoi_activity made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), wp, WP->main, WP->parse_request, apply_filters(‘request’), call_user_func_array, EasyOptInsActivity->track_activity, EasyOptInsActivity->add_impression, EasyOptInsActivity->add_activity

    I believe that this problem is caused by this plugin? Is there a way to fix this?

    Sorry that you are having this issue.

    I see that you were able to recover your website, that’s great!

    To help investigate this problem could you tell me if this issue occurred immediately after activating our plugin?

    Or did our plugin work on your website but stopped after activating another plugin/theme feature?
