Error checkout (Errorr 10728)

    Hi admin, my website is digitial service, so when check out I don’t need shipping adress. I disabled shipping and shipping caculations. I installed plugin and when I came to check out, press visa and debit button, filled all the information required. Then errorr 10728 appeared, please help me. Hope to see your reply soon

    *PayPal error (10728): The city in your shipping address is not valid. Please double-check your shipping address and try again.

  • The first thing I would suggest is to verify that the city name in the shipping address is valid and if not, correct that. If you have verified that the city name is correct, then please do contact PayPal. The error is returned from PayPal and so they would need to provide an explanation for it if the city is, indeed, correct.
