Error code: -10520 when I add twitter account

Until now Jetpack was working fine. I have connected some social accounts to JetPack.
Today I decided to connect twitter account to Jetpack.
And I could not connect! It doesn`t work. ??
Error -10520

then I decide to check Jetpack via Jetpack’s Debugger module
I find this “It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack”

I checked:
1. Known issues

2. An incompatible plugin.

3. A theme conflict
If your problem isn’t known or caused by a plugin, try activating Twenty Twelve (the default WordPress theme). If this solves the problem, something in your theme is probably broken – let the theme’s author know.

I load https://intopkino.com/xmlrpc.php and recieve “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” as need
