• Starting to notice this error on my customers checkout attempts

    Error Code: 19 Detailed Error Message: Original transaction ID not found

    Seemed to start happening in the last few weeks.

    Running all the latest updates.

    Hi @frizzo Are you running PayPal pro Payflow? And getting this message on the order review or after returning from PayPal?

    Using payflow, getting the error email when customers are checking out. Doesn’t happen all the time. They usually try again with stripe gateway and it goes through.

    @frizzo Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? Can you provide a copy of that log file? If it has sensitive data in it please make sure to mask that. You could also submit a private ticket to us here: https://www.angelleye.com/support

    Are you working with tokenized payments at all? Woo Subscriptions or something similar?

    It’s a little odd that you’re running both PayFlow and Stripe together. Both are direct credit card processing options, so you must have two separate credit card forms on your checkout page that people can choose from..?? Seems like that could be confusing.

    Anyway, if we can get a look at the log we can dig deeper.
