FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/subscribe2 folder.

Yes, but that’s alright. You can get a fresh copy once you’ve successfully increased the PHP memory on your installation.

If the limit still appears then you’ve not really increased it or you haven’t increased it enough.
