Error code on the new 1.3.1 update

  • Please help!
    I’ve been using this plugin for a little while – love it – but when I updated it, it has come up with the error, now the plugin doesn’t work.

    “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in C:\wamp\www\rachel\mypress\wp-content\plugins\neo-bootstrap-carousel\includes\class-neo-bootstrap-carousel-meta-box.php on line 17”
