Error code when setting up ratings

  • Hi there,

    I’m trying to work my way through installing a ratings system, but I keep getting this message: [RS009] *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Failed to create rating scheme.

    Anything obvious I might be doing wrong?

    That message ought to be followed by an error message from the database, which ought to give more information. If it isn’t, perhaps there was some issue with actually accessing the database.

    If you can, you should check that the ewz_rating_scheme table got created during the installation. There may be further messages in the debug.log file, which is normally in the wp-content folder.
