    Hi,

    I am working with a client that keeps getting an error show up in their Statistics Tracker when people are trying to book rooms, but we are unable to replicate the issue so I was hoping someone could tell me what it means.

    Thanks for sharing the screen shot with the error logged by the Statistics Tracker tool in VikBooking.

    A guest tried to book one room for 2 adults and 3 nights, with check-in date on July 27th and check-out on July 30th. According to the logs, the system could not accommodate the request due to missing availability. However, that’s a generic error message that may indicate that no rooms were available for the requested party. Booking restrictions, missing rates, unavailable rate plans or turnover days could be the real cause of the error message.

    If you now get rooms available for the same nights and guests, then it means the availability issue has been fixed, but as we said, it doesn’t really mean that all rooms were booked on those nights, because there are many other factors that can impact on the availability calculation.
