Thanks for getting in touch?@marco-raaphorst. The “site not found” error you’re facing indicates that your site may have previously connected, and when trying to communicate to set up the plugin once more, it’s not recognising your credentials. So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. At what stage do you encounter this error? If during plugin set up, please share at what stage you land on this error, and the URL of that page (as it may contain a useful callback URL to help us determine the issue).
    3. Did you at any stage change your wp-admin path or your WordPress files location directory? If so please share details.

Another option may be to modify your site URLs in order to proceed, by adding a www prefix. Alternatively, if we can determine incorrect records on the Site Kit service, we may be able to correct them. Once we have the information above we can troubleshoot further.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

I have filled in the form.

It happens when I go to Site Kit from the Dashboard and click on the button at the top ‘Do the plugin setting again’ (I am using Dutch system so I translated the button text).

@marco-raaphorst Could you please try following the troubleshooting steps here and let me know if you encounter the same while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active on your site?

@marco-raaphorst Thanks for trying this. Do you encounter the same when trying from an Incognito window as well?

If possible, could you please share a recording of your experience as this may help us in troubleshooting this issue. You can use a service such as Loom to record and share the video URL here or via the private form.

Yes pressing the ‘Redo the plugin setup’ causes the same error. This button generates this url:

    https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/o/oauth2/auth/?response_type=code&access_type=offline&client_id=… etc

    I notice this ‘access_type=offline’ string.

@marco-raaphorst Could you please also share with me the callback URL you get when you encounter this error and before you click on ‘Redo the plugin setup’?
