I have an issue with WooCommerce plugin Paypal Plus: the API access data is incorrect or invalid and in WooCommerce comes this message: <html> <head><title>403 Forbidden</title></head> <body bgcolor=”white”> <center><h1>403 Forbidden</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>
Error message in the PayPal log:
2021-08-12T14:58:27+00:00 ERROR Got Http response code 0 when accessing https://api.paypal.com/v1/oauth2/token.

2021-08-12T14:59:04+00:00 INFO Response Status : 0.I performed the following troubleshooting:
– all plugins deactivated until WC and PayPal Plus -> no change
– created new API credentials -> no change
– WordPress + WooCommerce are updated (WP 5.8 with WC 5.5.2)The PP Plus is been running 1,5 year and now suddenly this error.
