    So I had a PrestaShop and my pixel there. I recently migrated all my products to woocommerce and was trying to connect woocommerce to facebook. However, when I connect, then it appears that somethin went wrong. Should I delete my existing pixel?

    same issue here. plugin version is V2.1.2
    am admin of both website & page

    what currency did you use guys?

    I did it! Just switch your currency in your woocommerce setting to (EUR,USD or GBP). Make the import and switch it back!

    Hope it helps!

    Hi ptmi.. change currency as in the currency as in the general shop settings?
    can someone verify this? i have non-stop customers on my site and in order to do this i will have to put it in maintenance which i am reluctant to do for such a workaround.

    Hey @ruirpred

    Thanks for contacting us about Facebook for WooCommerce! Sorry to hear our plugin is giving you trouble. I am happy to help out ??

    @ptmi is correct that on the currency change for a similar connection issue.

    For this connection issue, we have a snippet that will give us some additional error information, which may give us a better indication as to what might be happening here. Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. Personally, I like the free Code Snippets plugin method.

    You can view the snippet here:

    add_filter( 'wc_facebook_connection_proxy_url', function() { return 'https://wc-connect-test.skyverge.com/auth/facebook/';} );

    Once the snippet is in place and you have had a chance to try to connect to Facebook again, would you please send a screenshot or text of any additional error messages that show?

    Cheers,
    Steve
