    I am trying to connect my Constant Contact account, but keep getting an error message saying “There was an error connecting your account. Please try again.”

    I’ve double and triple checked the user ID/Password.

    Any other ideas what the fix could be?

    Nothing that I’ve seen come through, sadly. I am not a direct employee for ConstantContact, but am a part of the support team for the plugin itself.

    Have you given any recent attempts at the moment, perhaps the issue resolved itself, which could occur.

    Wanted to check in with this one, and see if any new developments have occurred on your end, with regards to the original issue.

    Thanks for checking in – the most recent plugin update resolved my issues. Prior to that the plugin was not working. But, all is good now.

    Excellent. Hoping issues are resolved for the original thread starter as well, but can’t be certain yet.

    After reading this thread, I disabled “Convert” plugin, and was able to connect to my account. https://www.convertplug.com/ This was the blocking issue on my site.

    @jakeburkartgmailcom Curious if some part of their plugin is causing errors in conjunction with Constant Contact Forms, when trying to connect. Also curious if the issues return once you re-activate Convert, or if it’s just a temporary thing.
