Error: Contact form not found on mobile only

Hi,

A website I’m managing seems to have a problem with the Contact Form 7 plugin. There is a reservation page that when accessed on mobile (also when you inspect and change your device size) shows an error.

I tried downgrading the plugin, removing some plugins that may be causing the issue, and more but didn’t work out.

I have a similar copy of the website which seems to work fine with the exact same form contents and version of this plugin.

This issue started occurring a few weeks ago, but could’ve been longer because I was only made aware of it now.
