    Hello, I get an error

“Could not automatically enroll you into the Zoom meeting. Please get in touch with the event organizer.”

while I try to test as a user to make a reservation for an Zoom meeting event.

I already successfully connected to my Zoom account with this document page:
    https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/location-types/zoom/

    Email test sending(SMTP) successfully sent.

What else do I need to look into?

    Thank you so much.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello, same problem here. It’s only happening when it’s a Zoom Meeting. Also the enrollment actually works but mail is not sending and i get this error.

    Thank you.

    Hello
Same problem here , when zoom events are created with???no registration required??, confirmation e-mail is not issued. Have to click the resend email button.
That’s since changes have been made to ??fix?? inconsistances in the zoom registration process.
As a result, with registration required, confirmation email is sent twice (by zoom and the plugin) With no registration, no email is sent.

Thanks to @ll1960 , I’m feeling I can keep away from this problem for the time being. Thank you so much to share your knowledge!

@sudoa bare in mind that when you select zoom registration, the join_url, in case you’d be using it, is no longer relevant …
Your users can find the correct link in the email that zoom will be sending

I dug into the plugin’s code that throws “Could not automatically enroll you into the Zoom meeting.~” error and dumped EM_Exception message on the screen, it says `EM_Exception: Only available for paid users:{hash value}.
Is this problem solved if I go pro? If so, I’ll buy it.

I’m gonna use “URL” for Location Type rather than “Zoom Meeting” after creating meeting at Zoom manually.
In that way users and administrator get no error, confirmation email correctly sent.
This problem hasn’t solved yet but the plugin is really powerful. Thanks developers! Lots of love.

I’m sorry for the delayed reply. Since this is an add-on for Events Manager, we generally don’t monitor this forum at all but are happy to help on our Events Manager (main plugin) forum. However, are you using the latest Events Manager Zoom version 1.3?

We’re just reviewing past threads to help resolve them and then hopefully new forum posters will read our recently created sticky post at the top of this forum, asking users to direct questions to our Events Manager plugin forum instead, which we monitor daily!

This should probably be fixed in the 1.4 update just now, so I’ll mark this resolved in anticipation. If not, please let me know and unresolve this thread. We can finish resolving this issue on this forum for now!
