Hello! The plugin was working smoothly, but since september 20th my e-mails are not being sent from my woocommerce website. I didn’t do any changes, checked all configurations and contacted my host for any issues and firewalls and there’s no problem at all from their part, wich leaves me to think there’s something wrong with the plugin. Help? Me and all my customers aren’t receiving e-mails. ??

    Hi @rikah,

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please go to WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section and check if you see any errors.

Based on the error report(s), you should be able to identify the issue.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hello, Darshana!
The error is exactly the title of the topic “Error: Could not connect to SMTP host”.

I did some tests and it seems it’s not the plugins fault, it works just fine if I use other mailer. But still the host service isn’t finding any solutions, they keep telling me there’s nothing they can do to fix it. We’ve tried all combinations of configurations, changed dns, etc.

I get same thing, was working until recentely. It gives ssl error, I use Letsencrypt and cyberpanel, renewed certsw but still same

    Hi @rikah,

The error “could not connect to SMTP host” generally indicates that your web server isn’t able to connect to the SMTP server. There could be a firewall between your web server and the SMTP server or something similar.

If your hosting support cannot find the exact cause, you can try configuring an alternative mailer.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi @mataleo,

Your issue seems to be related to CyberPanel SSL/domain. Please check this community thread to find out more information.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Could you help with this please?
My debug output shows the following:

I have contacted the hosts 123reg and they tell me there is firewall blocking the emails.
