Hi @visionova,

This is likely a conflict caused by the theme or a third-party plugin.
The regular “Place order” button on the checkout page is meant to be exchanged for the PayPal smart buttons: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#customer-experience
But this doesn’t happen on your site for some reason.

You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.
It looks like it’s disabled, but JS/CSS minification features from plugins like Autoptimize can “break” PayPal Payments: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#faq-paypal-smart-buttons-not-loading
