    hello – i have installed this plugin today to help prevent WPForms from sending so much spam – however i get the Error: COULD_NOT_GET_FILE

    i noticed this on another thread but the result was not made public.

    i have used this plugin under the same email address years ago and was hoping to set my customer up to use it. when activating the pluing, it used my email address for the key. i would instead like to use the customer’s email but do not see anywhere i can change this. is this why i am getting the error?

    was hoping you might be able to help.

    thank you.

    Hello, @mrcavallo

    1. Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the “Complete Deactivation” option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;

    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    3. Press the butoon “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings.

    when activating the pluing, it used my email address for the key. i would instead like to use the customer’s email but do not see anywhere i can change this

    If you would like to use customer’s email you have to register a new CleanTalk profile using this email.

    Or you can change email of your CleanTalk profile here:

    Thank you.
