After the update my clients are having problems. I managed to notice that I’m receiving orders through WooCommerce on my credit card that should go directly to my payment intermediary, but it doesn’t go through because my customers can’t even enter the payment method. I even spoke to them thinking they were the problem, but they said that the customer doesn’t even get there, that is, they don’t even have customer data. I spoke to one who mentioned that there was an error when selecting the payment method, and she sent me a print giving error 003067, error for this store you need a CPF. In short, the customer is unable to complete the purchase, but it comes to me as if it were a completed order awaiting payment. in other words, you are dropping the order without having a completed payment method.

  • Hi,

This could be a conflict with another plugin you are using in your checkout.

1 – You could do a plugin conflict test, you will temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. Ideally, this should be done in a test/staging copy of your website. You can find more specific instructions in the article below from WooCommerce:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

You can also try downgrading your Lite version on the following link:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/fluid-checkout/advanced/

2 – Could you downgrade to version 3.0.7 and see if the problem persists?

    Version 3.0.7

    Best,
    Alan.

    Hi @angelsmoto,

The error 003067 and related message are not generated by Fluid Checkout, so it is likely that the payment plugin is causing it for some reason.

I searched the error code and message on all the plugins we have ever tested Fluid Checkout with and was not able to find any references.

    1. What is the payment provider intermediary you are using which are not receiving new orders information?

    2. Were you able to get this working again? If so, what was the issue so we can instruct other customers in case anyone reports a similar issue.

    3. If not, please follow the instructions provided by Alan in his previous message to find out if there any of the other plugins or the theme you are using may be conflicting with Fluid Checkout.

    4. Does this issue only happen when Fluid Checkout is activated?

    Best,
    Diego.

Hi guys, I already removed the fluid checkout plugin because I thought the problem came from it, but the problem continued, giving the same error without the plugin. and I can’t test by inactivating all plugins as this only appears when a customer completes the purchase with a credit card. and I don’t have a credit card to test

    Hi,

You can try doing a plugin conflict test to see if there is any plugin that might be causing this issue.

You can read more about it in the link below:

I understand, but I can’t do the test, understand? The problem is when using a credit card! Is there a credit card for testing? I don’t understand about this!

    Hi @angelsmoto,

Most payment methods have a test mode and test card numbers which you can use to test the behavior.

    1. You’ll have to check with the payment plugin and payment provider you are using for those card payments what test card numbers can be used and how to enable test mode on your website.

You would need to enable the test mode on your website to be able to use test cards to complete orders. Ideally you should do these tests on a test/staging copy of your website so your website real orders are not affected.

    I hope it helps.

Unfortunately troubleshooting this type of issue is not covered by our support scope, especially as the problem still happens when our plugins are deactivated.

I’m closing this topic for now.

    Best,
    Diego.
