Error creating an asset

    Hi, I am facing some issues, like the metaverse version is showing only when i loggin to the dashboard and it gives error when I open it in incognito mode or in new browser it gives error of “Error creating an asset”.

    Hi ceoiexperts360! Thanks for surfacing your issue here.

    You’ll see “Error creating an asset” when the plugin can’t, for some reason, create the HTML file that will serve as the Showcase iframe source. In other words, something about your WordPress installation is preventing a new file from being generated within your installation’s filesystem.

    If you try to instantiate a Web Showcase block without changing any of the content, do you still see the same error?

    Are you self-hosting this WordPress installation, or is some other vendor hosting your WordPress installation?
