Here is the error I am getting:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /usr/local/www/groups/www.r-3.com/ideas/wp-content/themes/daisyraegemini/archive.php on line 72

I copied my index.php to create archive.php and then inserted code from the archive.php of another theme (trying to add title to each archive and category page). I don’t find any $ in this file.

Thanks for the pastebin.com suggestion. Now I know that my file has only 71 lines of code. I saw someone else on the support forum with the same problem, but no one has replied there.

Suggestions as to what I should do?

I’ve tried adding a bit of code to call for the sidebar (one difference between this file and the index file in my theme directory, but that didn’t help.

Then I held down the delete key in hopes of deleting any stray code that was invisible. Still no change.

Post the __latest code__ at https://pastebin.com and post the __latest error message__ here.

I gave up and moved on to other challenges, but have been using pastebin.com to check other changes, so thanks!
