    Hello Guys,

    After I make the last update the plugin is having problems.

    When you try to create a new account it gives an error:

    Error: ERROR: Your response is INCORRECT – please try again

    I already did a test by disabling the plugin and it worked normal, now if I enable the plugin the error returns.

    Hi, are you saying that the plugin worked well in your site when running the previous version 4.3.9.3? But when you updated to the latest version 4.3.9.4, you received the error message mentioned above! Is this correct?

    Yes CORRECT !!

    after updated it dont work more.

    If I disable the plugin the error disappears.

    If I activate the plugin the error returns.

    Hi, have you tried to do a plugin conflict test?

    For example: Disable all other plugins then carry out a test. If it works then you know there is a conflict with one of your other plugins.

    I did the test you asked for now, I deactivated all the plugins.

    I cleared the cache and did the test, but the problem continues.

    Only if I disable All In One WP – to return to normal operation.

    If I enable All In One WP the error returns.

    No, that is not allowed here. What you can try now is, disable all Firewall rules. Then carry out a test. If it works then you know one of the firewall rules is causing this conflict. If that is the case start enabling one by one the firewall rules and at the same time you enable one rule carry out a test.

    Thanks I was able to find the problem, the first one I disabled already worked out the problem this in:

    User registration> Capcha en registration

    Check this option if you want to enter a captcha form on the WordPress user registration page (if you allow user registration).

    You need to uncheck this option. Problem solved
