Error creating new page

I am having several issues when I try to add a new post. If I have my plugins active, I get an error from The Events Calendar plugin (Catchable fatal error: Argument 2 passed to Tribe__Events__Meta__Save::__construct() must be an instance of WP_Post, null given, called in /home/ormadmin/oralroberts.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 3258 and defined in /home/ormadmin/oralroberts.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Meta/Save.php on line 33).

If I deactivate my plugins I still receive an error:

object from empty value in /home/ormadmin/oralroberts.com/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 641

In my database, when I try to create a new page, it creates a post with ID = 0

Also, the new page has a message that says: You are currently editing the page that shows your latest posts.

And it doesn’t allow me to write anything. There is no content box.

I’ll attach a screenshot too. I have gone to previous WordPress versions. I have gone to default theme. I have deactivated plugins. I have reinstalled manually. I have even gone to previous database backups to see if that was the problem. No difference.
