Error creating site:Could not insert site into the database.

  • Hi,

    I tried to clone one site in a 5 site multisite and, when I clicked on Clone (using default settings) I received the following error ..

    “Error creating site:Could not insert site into the database.”

    Any ideas what could be wrong?
