    I use your plugin on a multitude of websites and all of them have been successfully updated to your latest version and they are reporting correctly. But, on MY company website, even though I successfully authenticate, when I go to reports I receive the error message – Error Please upgrade to Monsterinsights Pro to use custom date ranges.

  • I am having the exact same problem. It seems to be intermittent. This error was happening yesterday, it was fine this morning, but now it’s happening again. What is the fix?

    A couple of of users have had an issue where the timezone of their server is set incorrectly leading to this issue. If you can get in touch with us at MonsterInsights.com/lite-support/ we’re trying to work on seeing if we can fix this issue on our end through software changes so you don’t have to go get the hosts to fix the server issue.

    Well that brings up another issue. I’m a premium customer, however, I can’t seem to login to your priority support area in order to submit my issue there. I keep being told that my username doesn’t exist. How do I find out what my username actually is so that I can login and get the support I need?

    Hi Chris,
    Since I provided the URL I am having issues with, not sure if you did something on your end but it is working this morning. I host a multitude of websites under the same IP and none of the others were affected so I am guessing you did something on your end.
