Error date

  • Hello that as they are?

    I am using the plugin and it is very good. I’m putting together a playoff of a basketball team that I am responsible for the website but I have a problem.

    I can not change the date. It appears to me in English. Insert as told in another post by php but neither anda. This is the line:

    [mstw_tourney_bracket tourney=’torneo-federal-playoff-conferencia-norte’ date_format=’d, m, y’]

    What is the error?

    Hi Jonatan,
    Thanks for posting. I assume you want to change “Tuesday, 9 May” to “Martes, 9 Mayo”. If so, the entire plugin is translation ready. Meaning that you can change “Tuesday” to “Martes” and “May” to “Mayo”, through the standard wordpress Internationalization (I18n) and localization methods. You can find more information than you can read on how to do this, but essentially, you load the file mstw-schedules-scoreboards-en-US.pot (from the plugin’s /lang directory) into PoEdit, which is a free translation editor, translate the words you wish to, and save the result as mstw-schedules-scoreboards-es_ES.po. Then you edit your wp-config.php file and tell WP you want to use the Spanish translation you just created by adding this line:

    define(‘WPLANG’,’es_ES’);

    Again, there’s a lot of “how-to’s” on this process on the web. Just Google around a bit.
