Error: description parameter cannot be longer than 10000 characters.

    When I try to publish a specific post, the post is not published to Facebook. In the logs, I get the following:

    360967042500/feed : (#100) description parameter cannot be longer than 10000 characters.
    /feed : (#100) description parameter cannot be longer than 10000 characters.

    This is a long post. If for example I try to publish a short post (short title and content), it works.

    Any ideas?

    In admin/publish.php the whole post goes into the $description variable, which cannot be longer than 10000 characters, as the API says.

    Shortening the description to 10000 or less (using e.g. xyz_fbap_string_limit function) solves this issue.
