Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site

This has happened to me too! I can’t uninstall Jetpack or reinstall it. IT is not working.

same here – and since the staff are unavailable in the forum until 21st October, that’s worrying … or maybe why it happened in the first place?
