There has been a mismatch with my Jetpack installation on a new staging and while fixing the connection my site seems to has been erased from wordpress.com account. And now it seems that I lost 7+ years of stats ?!

While trying to reconnect there is a token issue – Not sure how to fix this !?

    Please help
    thank you

With Jetpack, your stats and subscriber information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats and subscribers were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL,

I have fixed the issue and you should be able to get your stats and subscribers back by reconnecting to WordPress.com from the Jetpack section of your site’s Dashboard.

    Hey James,

thank you for looking into this – It wasn’t a different site, it is my staging, and that is why it definitely messed up the IDs.
But it is fixed now. Thanks again ??

Another quick qn: Is it possible to download your past stats?
with 7yrs+ of data, I’d love to dig more into it.

    Best,

ps: Can you remove my staging URL when you have a chance

Is it possible to download your past stats?

Now that the stats were merged, you can click the title of each feature on your stats page, and scroll to the bottom of that feature to download your stats. Simply click on the Download data as CSV link and download the file to your computer.

It’s not connected to your account anymore. Did you mean to remove the URL from @macmanx post?

Thank you @fresatomica ?? I will, although, there’s not a CSV download for all general stats ? (with info like best performing post, keywords, best Traffic day…

Yes, just remove the staging url from @macmanx post please.
