“Error” dialog shown on Multistep “Next” click

    I have a form with multi-step enabled and it has worked well for the past month. Yesterday I was informed of “Error” dialogs when clicking “next” on the first page of the form.

    I was able to replicate it and noticed that the admin-ajax call “check_fields_validation” fails intermittently for some users and almost always for other users. This results in a “Error” dialog being displayed. When I check the network tab in the browser, the response received from the admin-ajax call is “Security error”

    I’ve tried clearing cookies and browser cache but it consistently doesn’t work for some users and intermittently fails for others.

    Hello Ashik384, I have submitted the form but have not added additional information as it’s not clear what else I need to disclose. The form worked, then it stopped working it only fails when clicking “next” as described in my original post. This appears to be a nonce validation issue with your AJAX call to validate the first page. I could be wrong though and do not know how to start debugging this issue
