Error displayed in our mailbox related to conditional field for contact form 7 p

Every time we save the contact form after editing the form data, this error happens, it does not hinder the process, like when we press the back button and reload the page, the edit is saved, but whenever we try to change any data on the contact form, for testing this error comes up.
