Error downloading backup

    Hello:

    I have the plugin installed and configured an S3 compatible space to store the backups. The backups are made and stored correctly, but when I try to download a file to local, I get this error message, and it gets blocked.

    backup_2022-01-24-0934_GS_Group_98ec4dd54251-db.gz: local file is status: 0/5816183 bytes; requesting next chunk (0-)
    Download in progress (0 / 5680 KB)

    What problem do I have?

    Hi,

    It is possible that the file is no longer available. Can you try click on the “rescan remote storage” link to refresh your backup list? Alternatively, you can download the files directly from your remote storage.
