• Error downloading file

I’m encountering an error when activating the “purchase completed” email function of this plugin. It turns out that it even activates wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/ but doesn’t download, it gives a 403 Forbidden error.

I noticed that to download from Woocommerce itself the link comes like this?

    download_file=102654&order=wc_order_d5Q3x3ArwexMZ&uid=6cec5172ddea95aaf7dfa34efbbbe263e74f71c44ff7f2e52d8dbfbb03dad0ae&key=102655

Could I have made a mistake in the installation?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @walldyney , thanks for your query.

Can you give us details on the scenario you are trying to create along with an example? Then we can understand the case better to look into it.

Hi @walldyney , actually, I am trying to understand the execution.

Are you referring to editing the WooCommerce purchase email with Mail Mint? And is the download link you are referring to the one that comes in the confirmation email?

I tried submitted a test order, but I am not sure what is expected, and what you are seeing instead. Would it be possible to specify, maybe with a screenshot, on where we should look to detect your reported issue?

    Thanks.

    Thank you for your reply.
I disabled “Completed Order” from Mail Mint because they had not responded to my request and since there are customers purchasing e-books I could not leave them without receiving the material.

I even thought they would not respond to me.

Please simulate another purchase again and you will know what it is about, I activated “Completed Order” again to simulate.

So that you understand that the plugin does not download the file as it should.

    Thank you

Hi @walldyney , I was following up on your case.

We ran some tests on our end to test WooCommerce transactional emails via Mail Mint for downloadable products. We couldn’t replicate the issue.

Can you please reach us directly via support email with screenshots of error logs and a screenshot of the email you received?

    Also include information such as:

    1. Version of WooCommerce
    2. Versions of Mail Mint and Mail Mint Pro
    3. URL you are receiving.
    4. Link to the product you assigned in the funnel.

Once you email us, we will try to replicate the issue in our test environments again and help you out promptly.

    Thanks.

I have all the updated versions. Latest from WooCommerce, Mail Mint.

In the email that the buyer receives to download the e-Book or file that he purchased, when he clicks on the download link he goes to an error page.

It seems that Mail Mint is not connected to WooCommerce in this regard.
