    During the maintenance of our site we turn off all plugins and after some tests we turn them all on again, after a couple of hours we started to notice some weird errors in our log file:

    Not sure what this means, the only thing we did was to turn off and then turn on the plugin…

    We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having. The “duplicate entry” error occurs when the Yoast SEO plugin cannot complete the relevant MySQL query to add the relevant data into the Yoast SEO Indexables tables and as such, it throws the related error.

    To investigate the issue further, we would like you to please perform the following steps:
    1. Install and activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin.
    2. Go to the Tools → Yoast Test → Yoast SEO and click on the “Reset indexables tables & migrations” button.
    3. Go to SEO → Tools and run the “Start processing and speed up your site now” again to run the new indexables analysis.

    Can you let us know if it resolves the issue?

    Thanks, I have done what you specified, it seems the error has been fixed, however, I will wait a couple of hours since this error occurs randomly.

    If you were able to reset the indexables tables & migrations and re-run the indexables analysis without any further issue, we would expect that the issue would indeed have been resolved.
