Error During Bulk Opt.

    I’m excited to have found this plugin, but I’m finding the bulk optimization process frustrating. I tried to set it to work overnight, only to find that it stalled after only a few compressions. The message says: Internal error Gateway Timeout. It happens far more often on files that are still titled what the camera titled them DSC_xxx I have tried it in Chrome and Firefox and I have the latest version of everything installed.

    Hi Stacey,

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. This error can be caused by temporary issues at our servers. Usually this is a transient error that only happens occasionally. If it happens for every image or consistently , then it would help if you could send us a screenshot of the list view of your media library (to [email protected]).

    We will be working hard during the next months to make some changes on our infrastructure that should hopefully reduce the number of errors that you get during compression.
