    Hi, I have a recurring error since the latest stripe update : after completing the checkout, returning customers see the message : No such source: card_xxxxxxx
    Any idea on how to solve this ?

    Hello,

    I am unsure what you mean? What do you mean by “after completing the checkout”? If they completed, why are they returning? And are they using saved cards? Did you check your error logs to see if it gives any more clues? Have you tested for compatibility conflicts with other plugins/themes?

    Hi Royho, sorry I wasn’t clear enough.
    Customers see that error when they try to validate their purchase
    It concerns customers who have a saved card registered in stripe

    The issue started after the latest update when no other new plugin was installed.
    It is difficult to do the classic “deactivate all plugins and reactivate 1 by 1 as I am on a live site. I am wondering if anyone else had come accross this issue before I try to test for conflicts.

    So I don’t really understand what this means they try to validate their purchase Do you have some custom code that validates the checkout than the normal WC checkout?

    You mentioned it happened after latest update. What version were you using before the update? Its really hard to help unless you provide all the details possible.

    I believe the fix was released in latest update : Fix – Issue when using saved card before sources were introduced.
