error during Jetpack videopress purchase

    Hi,

    I have a self-hosted wordpress site (https://foryoufashion.gr/) and I just purchased videopress for it. The payment went through, but then I got an error message that “there was a problem submitting your website address, please try again”.

    Now when I go to my videopress settings page I see a banner saying:

    “You have used your free video upload

    Upgrade now to unlock unlimited videos, 1TB of storage, and more!”

    and I cannot upload more than 1 video which confirms the fact that there’s something wrong.

    Can you please have a look?

    Hello @devforyoufashiongr,

    I checked your account and I can see the VideoPress subscription is well connected to your site. I can also see a VideoPress content already uploaded correctly.

    Are you still experiencing the issue you reported in your initial message?

    Hi,

    I managed to sort it out after a few hours. Thanks for the help.

    For future reference, I had to select to connect to a site manually, and from there it guided me to apply the license manually in the admin panel of jetpack. I did that and everything worked.
