    Hello I’m using the Event ticket plugin into my site. I have setup the Stripe account with the test mode enable.

    During my testing when try to purchase the ticket without login into the site during the checkout process it show me “Creating new Stripe order failed. Please try again” error.

    We don’t know how to figure out the issue as there is no issue show into Event Log.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Here are a few options to consider:

    • In most cases, the issue is server-related. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to exclude the /tickets-checkout/ page from the cache.
    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe just to be sure.

    That’s right, it was the server caching issue, and after speaking with the server, my problem is solved.
